how fat is formed? Actually fat formed because of uncompleted combustion of food in our body. The food that we eat supposedly break into minerals, protein , fiber and etc but because of uncompleted combustion in our body, the food will convert into fat. But, how we want to overcome this problem? we really want loss fat right?

Some people may think that you should control your eating habits. Try to avoid an unhealthy food such as meat and chicken. Others also thing, the most important thing during diet, you should not eat food that contain high in calories . in fact,  eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight.

other tips?exercise? Yes,of course! exercise will loss your fat and absolutely give a great result but how long does it takes to get a great result? how much your fat will loss in one week ? I know it is very hard to loss a 'big number' in fastest way but I told you that nothing is impossible. You can loss fat automatically and you don't even realize that you already loss a few weight.
